Today's Lokadarshan e-paper is free to read. Past papers are sold a month at a time as a digital service: buying a month opens every paper of that month (all days and editions) on lokadarshanepaper.com. Nothing is shipped.
Delivery
The papers open as soon as Razorpay confirms the payment, usually within seconds. They stay on the account (mobile number) you were signed in with when you paid, and can be read on any device.
Cancellation
Each purchase is a single payment and never renews by itself, so there is nothing to cancel.
Refunds
- Payment taken but papers still locked: choose "Check my payment" on your account page, or tap Buy for that month again: the site finds your payment instead of charging you a second time. If the payment did not reach us, Razorpay returns it to you automatically, usually within 5 to 7 working days.
- Charged twice: a second payment for a month you already have is refunded automatically. If it has not reached you within 7 working days, contact us and we refund it in full.
- Papers missing or not opening: if pages of a month you bought are missing or cannot be opened because of a fault on our side, contact us and we will fix it or refund the payment.
- Months of papers that have been opened are otherwise not refundable.
Approved refunds go back to the card, UPI account or bank account you paid with, usually within 5 to 7 working days through Razorpay.
